It's time to vote for our annual SoxProspects All-Stars! Please place your vote for the player that you feel had the best season in 2015. Please do not vote based on who you think is the best prospect or who you think may perform better in the future, and please only consider minor league performance. Note that positional eligibility was determined by the SoxProspects Staff, primarily based on the number of games played per position. If there is a player you wanted to vote for but who is not listed, it's likely that they were nominated at a different position. Partial stats leaderboard (click on the link in each player's name for full stats): Jantzen Witte (Portland): 85 G, 362 PAs, .283/.363/.414, 4 HRs, 3 SBs Michael Chavis (Greenville): 109 G, 471 PAs, .223/.277/.405, 16 HRs, 8 SBs Rafael Devers (Greenville): 115 G, 508 PAs, .288/.329/.443, 11 HRs, 3 SBs Roldani Baldwin (GCL/Lowell): 50 G, 192 PAs, .288/.359/.399, 3 HRs, 1 SB Victor Acosta (Lowell): 57 G, 232 PAs, .251/.307/.351, 1 HR, 9 SBs

Devers also had 38 doubles, leading the organization.

I left my brain somewhere else for this one.

Honestly, if (a) Devers hadn't gotten so many more plate appearances than he did and (b) if he wasn't such a bad defender at 3B, I might have voted for Witte (who has an 11 point edge in wOBA).

I just have to know who gave to vote to Rolandi Baldwin and it was NOT me, though was tempted to give 'em one just to make sure he did receive one.

He's not a bad defender at third though. Plus arm and probably about average otherwise, maybe a slight tick below with the projection to become at least average. That's the biggest development for him this season, imo. We knew he could hit, but between his defense looking good and his body looking much improved, it's looking much more likely he can stay there, at least for the start of his career.

I was talking about Witte's bad defense above.

Ah. 10-4. Makes much more sense. Time for some coffee...
Yeah, had Witte stayed healthy the whole year, he may have given Devers a run for his money.
