It seems little high and it looks like Texas won the posting.

The bid was roughly 28 billion KRW, and may have been conducted in won.

If the rumored suitors ,Chicago Cubs and Texas, didn't post the winning bid, then who? Any rumors that Boston posted a bid?

Rumors are that Cubs lost and Rangers lost; or Rangers won, or Cubs won. Hanwha won, very likely, 28 billion worth. (SI helpfully reported that Cubs won and that they don't know who won.)

Any word on what the Red Sox are doing with the rest of their International budget? Does anyone know how much they have left?

Former Sox prospect Dennis Neuman has been hired by the Sox as a scout in Aruba and Curacao. Cool to see.

Yes and his team beat the Dominican Republic. He sucks.
Nah good opportunity for him. Curacao and Aruba are producing talents. Hopefully he'll find some for the Red Sox.

I'm shocked because I thought he was a long ways away but had enough talent to develop into a good bullpen arm. I semi kept track of him. I guess not well enough huh?

He was a long ways away, but stunningly pitched great in that tournament (of course every player on that Netherlands team played out of their minds).

Here is a video from the 2012 Dominican Prospect League-POWER SHOWCASE held in D.R. I think all of these guys are eligible for 2013.
