I'm with UMASS on this one, I expected he'd be a bigger impact guy in the playoffs. He was playing 20-30 min a game for a good Memphis team in the playoffs last season (and 15 min a game the prior season), and holding his own. He's played 4x the career playoff minutes of Kornet to date.
Could be just not there health-wise. Or came in too late to get in the program.

It's obviously our coach doesn't like Tillman, he won't even give him a good amount of garbage minutes. I sure hope that doesn't come back to bite us. He's a tremendous defensive big. It could be a conditioning thing, Tillman did look a bit sluggish when I saw him play since the trade. Limited minutes for sure, but he didn't look good.

Down go the Bucks. They have definitely been a little underwhelming since their title run. Can’t blame this one on Doc though!

You don’t lower his minutes to get someone else run. Tillman is still here if needed.

Bucks and 76ers are both out, Philly in typical hilarious fashion with the fans booing Embiid for whatever reason. Good stuff.

I think it’s more about Kornet being good than Tillman being bad. Kornet has turned himself into a legit rotation big man who adds value on both ends.

Might not get boo’d if he were in shape and could get them past the second round once. With all the money and tools at his disposal; the fact he’s never conditioned himself well is a sin. The talent and ability he has is off the charts.

Kornet and Tillman are different players that do different things, in the way Holiday and Pritchard are different players. There's a reason our GM traded for Tillman. Now luckily two of the teams that would be a problem just got eliminated and the Knicks don't have Randle
Before last game Kornet had played in two of the playoff games for 8 minutes.

Love that the Cavs and Magic are going 7. Yep - they are beating each other up. Do we want to face Banchero, or Mitchell?

Logic probably says Cavs being the more experienced team. I'd say the Magic though, better defensive team and frankly they remind me of the 2018 Celtics run where Tatum, Brown and Rozier showed the NBA what they could do. It's feels kinda crazy writing that about the Magic, been a long time for that team.

Tillman doesn’t space the court as a shooter or a rim runner.

Yo that Anthony Edwards guy is pretty good at basketball Yeah. He has what you want for Jayson and Jaylen but there is a chasm between his mindset and theirs.

I find it interesting that not even mid way through 2nd quarter of game 7, both teams have played ten players. That's not your normal playoff rotations.

Paolo is a casual 20-6-2 with 5 minutes left in the 2nd. The road will only get harder after this year! This is our time.

So the Celtics job is to contain Donovan Mitchell.

I got tickets to the last Celtics game played at the old Garden took the future wife to see the Celts in the playoffs by Shaq and Penny Hardaway the Magic.

Minny size is a bigger issue for Denver who runs its offense off a low post scorer. Denver was one of the teams I looked at wanting Tillman ready to help against. You see the advantage of two bigs against then.
Celtics don't run their offense through a low post scorer and space the floor as much as any team in Basketball. Get those bigs in space and the Celtics should be able to exploit them, especially Gobert.
